Germany

• Shipping costs: €5.90

• Delivery time: 2–3 business days

• Free shipping for orders over €150

Austria

• Shipping costs: €7.90

• Delivery time: 3–4 business days

Spain, France & Netherlands

• Shipping costs: €9.90

• Delivery time: 5–7 business days

Switzerland

• Shipping costs: €19.90

• Delivery time: 4–5 business days

Shipping is carried out exclusively with DHL – both nationally and internationally.

Note on Delivery Delays

Please note: During periods of high demand, especially during product drops or special promotions, occasional shipping delays may occur. In such cases, we kindly ask for your understanding and assure you that we process every order as quickly as possible.

Note for Customers from Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, import duties, taxes and fees may apply. These are not included in the product price or the shipping costs and must, if applicable, be paid separately by the recipient.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a tracking link that allows you to check the shipping status at any time.

Delivery to Parcel Stations

Within Germany, delivery to DHL Packstations is also possible. Please make sure to provide your Post number and the Packstation address correctly during the order process.

Returns & Non-Delivery

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or refusal of acceptance, we reserve the right to charge the return costs as well as any new shipping costs incurred.
